Meet Dr. Wendy L. Smith
Wendy L Smith, MD is a Board Certified Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgeon. She was born in Portland, Oregon before moving around the country with her military family. After attending Brigham Young University, she and her husband, who was in the Air Force, moved a bit more before settling in Indiana for Dr. Smith’s medical education. In her free time, Dr. Smith enjoys her koi pond, gardening, knitting, writing stories and traveling. They have two adult children and one grandchild. Dr. Smith now calls Blairsville, Georgia home and is glad to finally be in one place long enough to see the trees and flowers grow.
Dr. Smith has an interest in general ENT, from newborns to adults as well as Allergy, Sinus and Sleep Apnea. She is very pleased to offer state of the art hearing aids and hearing testing through her very qualified and professional team of Audiologists.
Although the common name for her specialty is ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat), Dr. Smith is actually an Otorhinolaryngologist/Head & Neck Surgeon.
